Check-in time is 3 PM CT and checkout time is 12 PM CT.

Temporary pick-up and drop-off space is available in front of our hotel entrance on 9th Street. For self-parking options, we recommend the adjacent and enclosed "10th at Hennepin" parking ramp located at 935 Hennepin Avenue. Street parking on 9th Street and Lasalle Avenue is free between 10 PM and 8 AM (excluding holidays and events). The "MPLS Parking" app is very helpful for parking rates, reservations and time extensions.

Upon check-in at The Chambers Hotel, a credit card is required. The Chambers Hotel will authorize the amount of your entire stay's room and tax on the card and you will not have access to those funds. The hotel will also place a $75 deposit per night for incidentals on the card. If no incidentals are purchased during your stay, the hotel will release the incidental deposit on the day of your departure. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to your available balance.

At least one hotel guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in for an overnight stay with a valid government-issued ID.

The Chambers Hotel welcomes you and your pet! Please select the "Add a pet to your stay" option when you book your guestroom on the checkout page.

There is a limit of two pets per room and a fee of $100 per stay. You'll be asked to sign a waiver at check-in and to clean up after your pets while visiting The Chambers Hotel.

The nearest park is Franklin Terrace Dog Park, just 3 miles from the hotel. The front desk can also arrange for pet walking service.

The Chambers Hotel has pet-free guestrooms that have never hosted a pet guest. When booking your reservation, please let us know in the comments section that you would like to request a pet-free room. Alternatively, call the front desk at +1 (612) 767-6900.

Yes, The Chambers Hotel extends the government per diem rate to all U.S. Federal Government employees and U.S. Armed Forces members. A valid ID is required at check-in. Click here to reserve a government rate.

The Chambers Hotel does not have a spa or salon.

Yes. Stop by the front desk to store your luggage for a few hours before check-in or after checkout. There is no charge for luggage service. Long-term storage is not available.

We do not offer airport shuttle service. Our front desk will be happy to arrange a car service (for a fee) or provide public transportation directions.

Yes. If you misplaced an item during your visit to The Chambers Hotel please submit a claim here. If prompted, enter client identification number 62003. We will be in touch regarding your personal property within 72 hours.

The Chambers Hotel has a limited number of complimentary Pack ‘n Plays for guests. Please note any Pack ‘n Play requests in the comments field on the checkout page when making a reservation to ensure availability. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds.

No, The Chambers Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. A $350 cleaning charge will be applied to your bill for smoking in guestrooms.

Our standard Wi-Fi service is complimentary.  Upgraded access is available at $6.95 per day and will be applied to your bill.

Yes! The Chambers Hotel’s fitness center is located on the first floor and is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights, the fitness center has plenty of space for stretching exercises.

The Chambers Hotel does not have a business center but the front desk team is happy to print items for guests. We can also assist with shipping and car service.

The Chambers Hotel does not have a pool.

If the reservation was booked directly through the hotel, most reservations may be cancelled by 6 PM CT 24 hours prior to the arrival date. If the reservation was booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent for cancellation policies.

The Chambers Hotel requires a valid government-issued picture ID and a credit card to check in.

Yes! Some Deluxe King Rooms connect to Accessible Standard King Rooms. Some Executive King Rooms and Deluxe King Rooms connect to Accessible Executive King Rooms. Please call the front desk at +1 (612) 767-6900 to request connecting rooms, which cannot be guaranteed.

After you check in, if the departure date on your reservation is changed, an early departure fee of up to one night's room rate plus tax is charged.

No, we do not offer room service.
