How do I modify or cancel a reservation?
Please contact the hotel at firstname.lastname@example.org to modify or cancel an existing reservation. Include your confirmation number, name and email address used when booking your reservation in all correspondence.
How do I get to The Chambers Hotel?
The Chambers Hotel is located at 901 Hennepin Avenue (at 9th Street) in Minneapolis, MN 55403. Please visit our Directions page for more information.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in time is 3 PM CT and checkout time is 12 PM CT.
Do you offer parking?
Self-parking is available at the enclosed 10th and Hennepin Ramp located at 935 Hennepin Avenue. The parking lot is accessible for entry 24 hours per day. Cars may park 24 hours per day seven days per week.
What is the minimum age required to check in?
At least one hotel guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in for an overnight stay with a valid government issued ID.
Are pets allowed? Are there relief stations?
The Chambers Hotel welcomes you and your pet! If you are booking a guestroom, please use the comments field on the checkout page while making a reservation to let us know you are traveling with a pet.
Please note there is a limit of two pets per room and a fee of $100 per stay. Pet owners are asked to sign a waiver at check-in and clean up after their pets while visiting The Chambers Hotel.
The nearest park is Franklin Terrace Dog Park, just 3 miles from the hotel. The front desk can also arrange for pet walking service.
Do you have pet-free rooms?
The Chambers Hotel has pet-free guestrooms that have never hosted a pet guest. When booking your reservation, please let us know in the comments section that you would like to request a pet-free room. Alternately, call the front desk at +1 (612) 767-6900.
Are government rates available?
Yes, The Chambers Hotel extends the government per diem rate to all U.S. Federal Government employees and U.S. Armed Forces members. A valid ID is required at check-in. Click here to reserve a government rate.
How do I reserve a group booking or event?
For reservations of 10 or more rooms per night, please contact email@example.com. For event information, visit our Events & Meetings page or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does the hotel have a spa or salon?
The Chambers Hotel does not have a spa or salon.
Is luggage storage available?
Yes. Stop by the front desk to store your luggage for a few hours before check-in or after checkout. There is no charge for luggage service. Long-term storage is not available.
Do you offer shuttle bus transportation from the airport?
We do not offer airport shuttle service. Our front desk will be happy to arrange a car service (for a fee) or provide public transportation directions.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes. If you misplaced an item during your visit to The Chambers Hotel please submit a claim here. If prompted, enter client identification number 62003. We will be in touch regarding your personal property within 72 hours.
Are cribs and rollaway beds available?
The Chambers Hotel has a limited number of complimentary Pack ‘n Plays for guests. Please note any Pack ‘n Play requests in the comments field on the checkout page when making a reservation to ensure availability. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds.
Are special rates available for influencers?
We do not offer influencer rates. For media interviews or image requests, email email@example.com.
Is smoking permitted in guestrooms or the hotel?
No, The Chambers Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. A $350 cleaning charge will be applied to your bill for smoking in guestrooms.
Is there a fee for Wi-Fi service?
Our standard Wi-Fi service is complimentary. Upgraded access is available at $5.95 per day and will be applied to your bill.
Is there a fitness center?
Yes! The Chambers Hotel’s fitness center is located on the first floor and is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights, the fitness center has plenty of space for stretching exercises.
Do you have a business center?
The Chambers Hotel does not have a business center but the front desk team is happy to print items for guests. We can also assist with shipping and car service.
Do you have a pool?
The Chambers Hotel does not have a pool.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the reservation was booked directly through the hotel, most reservations may be cancelled by 6 PM CT 24 hours prior to the arrival date. If the reservation was booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent for cancellation policies.
Must I present ID at check-in?
The Chambers Hotel requires a valid government-issued picture ID and a credit card to check-in.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes! Some Deluxe King Rooms connect to Accessible Standard King Rooms. Some Executive King Rooms and Deluxe King Rooms connect to Accessible Executive King Rooms. Please call the front desk at +1 (612) 767-6900 to request connecting rooms, which cannot be guaranteed.
Is there an early departure fee?
After you check-in, if the departure date on your reservation is changed, an early departure fee of up to one night's room rate plus tax is charged.
Do you offer room service?
No, we do not offer room service.
How do I request a copy of my folio?
To request a copy of a folio, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the name on the reservation, the dates of your stay and — for verification purposes only — the last four digits of the credit card used for booking.
Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
Upon check-in at The Chambers Hotel, a credit card is required. The Chambers Hotel will authorize the amount of your entire stay's room and tax on the card and you will not have access to those funds. The hotel will also place a $75 deposit per night for incidentals on the card. If no incidentals are purchased during your stay, the hotel will release the incidental deposit on the day of your departure. Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to your available balance.
